Embodied Voice Healing for the Nervous System offers science-informed, heart-led practices that stimulate your body’s natural capacity to heal. Through guided vocal practices, somatic regulation tools, and gentle breathwork, you can shift out of survival mode and into a state of connection, calm, and clarity.

Her work bridges science and spirit, blending trauma-informed somatic practices, vocal exploration, breathwork, and energy healing. Rooted in a background of classical yoga, sound therapy, and nervous system repair, her approach is gentle, intuitive, and profoundly effective — especially for those navigating trauma, stress, emotional dysregulation, or neurodivergent experiences.
