Led by Fran Montignani, a voice rehabilitation specialist with over 24 years of experience and a master’s degree in voice pathology, this course combines science-informed strategies with calming, accessible exercises that work.
You’ll learn:
- How to release tension and reset healthy vocal posture
- How to rebalance the connection between breath and voice
- Gentle rehabilitation techniques that realign and heal
- Long-term exercises to maintain vocal strength and flexibility
By the end of this course, you’ll have a personal toolkit of techniques that support you in recovery—and help you care for your voice going forward. No previous voice training is needed. These exercises are suitable for use alongside speech therapy or clinical voice care.
If your voice is your instrument, your livelihood, or simply part of how you express yourself—this course is here to help you find it again.
How this course is different:
- Taught by a voice rehabilitation specialist with 24 years of clinical experience, including NHS Voice Clinics.
- Designed specifically for people recovering from illness, stress, or vocal fatigue—not general voice users.
- Includes recovery tools, pacing strategies, and guided exercises—not just warm-ups or technique drills.
- Supports teachers, parents, professionals and singers who rely on their voices day-to-day.
- Grounded in voice science, anatomy, and trauma-informed practice.
