This course is a practical action oriented course designed to give you the tools, tips & strategies to develop your people management skills to be a better manager in your life and at work.

The course will also give you a wealth of people management skills tools, tips and strategies to use to become a better manager in life and at work.
As you go through the course you will be able to apply the learnings and develop your own personalised people development skills plan.
The course is designed to be practical and relevant to real life. It includes lots of ideas, tips and strategies, straightforward explanations and lots of information for you to use as to how to develop and improve your people management skills. It is not a theoretical or academic course on people management skills.

* People management skills tips & strategies: including looking at the different people management skills and a range of people management skills tips and strategies. This section also includes an assignment to complete to understand the action you want to take to improve your people management skills going forward.
* Your people management skills plan: including your current people management skills assessment and your action plan to improve your people management skills.
* Course summary: including a short summary of the course
We have also included introductions and summaries throughout the course to help with learning.
The course is in short bite sized lectures and you can see the detailed course content in the course curriculum.
Practical activities – Developing your own personalised people management skills plan and a course quiz
