This course is your hands-on guide to mastering this first-party ecosystem to build “AI-native” applications that are scalable, maintainable, and deeply integrated with the Laravel features you already love.
We begin by setting up a robust foundation, moving quickly into the core of the SDK: Intelligent Agents. You will learn to move beyond simple chat wrappers by creating class-based agents that handle stateful conversations, produce structured JSON outputs, and execute complex logic. We then dive into Multimodal capabilities, where you’ll learn to prompt with images, generate audio, and transcribe speech—all using a consistent, expressive API.
The course reaches its peak with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). You will master vector embeddings, learn to store and query vectors directly in your database using PostgreSQL and pgvector, and build autonomous agents that can search the web or your own internal document stores. By the end of this course, you won’t just be “adding AI” to your apps; you’ll be building sophisticated, agentic systems that can see, hear, and reason within the most powerful PHP framework on the planet.
