Requirements

This course is geared toward beginners who are looking to make their first online course.  From coming up with a topic and using AI for help, to screen capturing for the first time, this class could be for you.  If you’re familiar with screen capturing, AI content, and video editing, this course might not be for you.  I’ve geared this course to people new to creating content online.

In this course we’ll be using a Mac Studio, OBS for screen capture, Final Cut Pro for video editing, a Logitech Web Cam, and wireless microphones.  You do not need to use the software or hardware we use.  So long as you have a microphone, screen capture software, a video editing software package, and the software package you want to teach you’ll be all set.  You don’t need to have the latest software packages or hardware, just the basics will do.

The class will start out with developing your class outline.  Once you have your course selected you’ll begin recording your class lectures.  After your recordings you’ll want to edit the videos you’ve created, and then pick the platform you want to upload to.  Be sure to take your time selecting the sales platform that works best for you.
