Yoga and pranayama has played a huge role in my health transformation from weak, anemic and poor immunity to Everest Base camp at the age of 38.
In 2017, I discovered yoga, which became a turning point in my life. I transitioned smoothly into teaching yoga after experiencing firsthand its profound benefits. Before yoga, I struggled with low energy, stamina, and chronic anemia. My lifestyle was marked by constant fatigue, irritability, and frequent illnesses. Walking even short distances felt like a challenge.
Today, after 7 years of dedicated yoga practice and completing 200-hour and 300-hour professional yoga certifications, I am a different person. My hemoglobin levels have improved drastically without supplements, my energy is sustained, and my immunity is stronger than ever. This transformation culminated in fulfilling a lifelong dream of trekking to Everest Base Camp earlier this year at the age of 38.
My mission now is to help others experience the same shift in their health and well-being. And hence I bring this course to you.
