Through a structured sequence of demonstrations and guided practice, you’ll learn how to assess, treat, and empower patients with low back pain. You will start with pain localization techniques to identify whether discomfort is local or radiating. You will then practice essential clinical tests including the Straight Leg Raise (SLR) and the Faber (Patrick’s) test, with clear explanations of how to perform and interpret them.
The course also covers safe and effective moist heat therapy, followed by the ball release technique—a powerful self-care method that helps patients manage their pain independently. Finally, you will bring everything together into a step-by-step care sequence, ensuring that theory is transformed into confident clinical practice.
This course is ideal for physiotherapy students, interns, and young healthcare professionals who want to build hands-on skills and strengthen their ability to manage low back pain in a real-world setting.
