Chart Reading for Beginners: Price Action and Indicators

Requirements

This course is designed to help complete beginners understand how to read financial charts clearly and confidently.

Instead of guessing or blindly following indicators, you will learn how to read what price itself is doing and how buyers and sellers interact in the market. Chart reading is the foundation of both trading and investing, and this course focuses on building that foundation step by step.

We start with the basics of price action, explaining how price moves and why it is the most important source of information on any chart. You will then learn how candlesticks work, including candle bodies, wicks, strength, and rejection, so you can understand what each candle is communicating.

From there, we cover timeframes and multi-timeframe analysis, showing you how higher timeframes give direction and lower timeframes provide precision. You will also learn how to identify market structure, draw trend lines, and mark support and resistance levels correctly.

In the indicators section, you will learn the right mindset for using indicators. Indicators do not predict the market, they confirm what price is already showing. We cover Stochastic RSI, Squeeze Momentum, and EMA lines, including how to set them up correctly on TradingView and how to use them together with price action.

In the final sections, everything is put together. You will understand the difference between trading and investing, see how a structured trading strategy is built, and watch live documented trades, including real examples that were recorded and closed in profit.
