Don’t worry if you do not have some of the paraphernalia used in the videos, you can just watch, or you can use any crystal, or even some rocks from outside for the crystal ball video.. Make sure to always tune into the highest source of energy before tuning into spirit (I recommend watching my beginners course to know about this).
