This transformative course is your gateway into the grounding practices of Earth Element Yoga. As the first in a five-part foundational series, it emphasizes self-control, stability, and inner strength—qualities rooted in the Earth element and the Muladhara (Root) Chakra, represented by the color red and the eastern door of the Sri Yantra.
Designed especially for beginners, this course is simple, practical, and deeply experiential. You will be introduced to three core techniques that harmonize the Earth element and nourish the food body. These techniques integrate:
