But what if you could find a way to rid yourself of those insecurities and self-doubts?

Feeling deeply confident requires an accurate sense of self-worth and a solid understanding of who you are as an individual. This course provides key lessons on how to restore that sense of self-worth. Throughout the lessons in this course, you will learn what self-worth is and where it comes from; how worth affects various aspects of your life, such as your relationships, education, career, confidence, fitness, nutrition; and how understanding yourself better can lead to an increased sense of confidence and worth.

Additionally, this course will provide you with numerous ways that you can re-discover your own worth. These lessons include topics such as replacing judgment with compassion, searching your family history, recognizing your influence on the world around you, and taking care of yourself as someone valuable.

Many of the problems we face in our world today, including mental health challenges, difficult relationships, poor physical health, and chronic stress/anxiety, have their roots in a low sense of self-worth. This course is designed specifically to help you develop your sense of worth, so that you can have the resiliency and the capacity to resolve problems you may be facing in your life.
