LUMINA throat singing / overtone singing

Requirements

Lumina practice is based on tuvan throat singing and is complemented by modern scientific knowledge. The practice is multidimensional and heals on many levels.

The main goal of the course is to give you the basis so that you can build the foundation of energy-sound practice and connect the bottom and the top. This unique knowledge was passed on to me by my teacher, master of throat singing, shaman Nikolai Oorzhak.

The second goal of the course is for you to activate your head resonators and feel a trance state from the sound.

The third goal is for you to hear your own overtones and start to play with them.

If you are experienced in vocal or breathing practices, then most likely you will feel a trance, hear your overtones and start playing with them very quickly. Perhaps from the very first lessons.

If you are a beginner this way can take more time, about a month of regular practice. And the course gives you all the tools.

Throat singing is a unique art that has been preserved in Tuva, Mongolia and some areas of Tibet. It was used by monks to chant mantras and by shamans to travel through dimensions and heal people.

For centuries, shamans were the only healers of the Tuvans. They have accumulated vast experience in treatment. Imitating the sounds of nature – animals, birds, wind and so on, they entered a trance state, which opened the reserves of their psyche and opened the door to the world of spirits or subtle feelings.

This is how the art of throat or overtone singing was formed. With the help of such singing, they immersed their patients in a state of altered consciousness or used the directed effect of sound on the diseased organ.
