PainLess Posture While Working in Your Home

Requirements

Are you ready to start changing your back pain??

Want to know how to better manage your pain from the comfort of your home without hard exercises, or being told to push through the pain? Over the past 14 years, I have worked with hundreds of busy women living with chronic back pain, who were struggling to keep up with work, housework, and trying to find energy to spend time making memories with their loved ones. I provide effective pain management strategies to women, empowering women to learn how to complete common household chores with good mechanics, sit at a computer in good posture, and use exercises that WORK to manage and reduce their pain.

Does chronic pain leave you feeling as though you just can’t get through everything on your to-do list, and that you are constantly having to miss out on doing things you love? Are you tired of trying different medications which mask your pain for a short while, but don’t truly solve the issue going on? You’ve tried exercising, but that can make the pain worse too. Heating pads feel nice, but you don’t have time to lie on the couch all day. Even worse, are you tired of people claiming to have a “cure” for your pain, but they just don’t?

Chronic pain is not the same for everyone, and ways to manage it shouldn’t be a one size fits all solution. Imagine your life if you could decrease your pain without going to extreme ends. Maybe you could decrease how much pain medication you are using. Maybe you could finish up your to-do list and have energy left over for the evening. Maybe you could start exercising and feel great while moving.

I teach women how to use different strategies to start managing their pain better. This is not a guarantee of eliminating all of your pain. I am talking about taking small, actionable steps at home to start reducing your pain on a day to day basis.

What would you do in your life if you had better pain management?
