I Have created this based on my 4 years of experience working out, and all of the exercises I have chosen for this beginner training program have been chosen to be simple, and easy to execute while being the most effective.

Do note, that this is not a training program for people who don’t have access to a gym or at least some gym equipment like barbells, weights, and dumbbells.

If you struggle to figure out the app Hevy, I have made a video on my YouTube about how to use it, as well as another app called MyFitnessPal, which is great for tracking and counting calories and keeping track of your diet. I use both Hevy and MyFitnessPal every single day and I highly encourage everyone to do the same.
