Requirements
This course offers a comprehensive exploration of AI-driven automation and agentic workflows using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Throughout the course, learners will gain hands-on experience with key OIC components such as Integrations, Process Automation, Connections, Adapters, API Management, and Insights, and understand how they work together to create seamless, automated solutions. The course also emphasizes the use of AI capabilities, including OCI Language, Vision, Speech, and Document Understanding services, to process unstructured text, transcribe audio, detect objects and text in images, automate invoice processing, and analyze customer feedback.
Students will explore AI agents in action, learning how to create, update, and deploy agents using natural language prompts, Langflow, and MCP-enabled OIC projects. Real-world workflows, such as reading and replying to emails, generating iCal schedules, KYC automation, and AI-powered error detection, demonstrate how AI and integrations work hand in hand to transform business processes.
