Requirements
This is a course on several layers and it is entirely up to students as to which layers they study/participate in and when.
- Layer One : the lectures on CBT : time : 1 hour
- Layer Two : The CBT Exercises : time : 2 hours
- Layer Three : The Case Studies : time : 3 hours
- Layer Four : the above combined and discussed in the Q/A : time : Unlimited

The Oxford Seminars took place in September 2025. This course includes the material from the seminars, the exercises from the seminars and the Case Studies we discussed. Of course it is not exactly the same as studying in Oxford BUT you are encouraged to use the Q/A and discuss the lectures, exercises and Case Studies.
