As fitness and health professionals, either in a class, personal training setting, or virtual, we have the power of making huge differences in the way someone moves, ages, and maintains health. We give them habits that they will use even when we are not there. And we create movement patterns that will stay with their joints for as long as they continue to workout and exercise.

The Fine Eye of Personal Training is about “thinking outside of the box”.  Taking your knowledge of anatomy and physiology and looking at movement patterns from a different angle and a different perspective.  With about 600 muscles in the body, even the smallest one can change the alignment of an exercise and lead to an injury.

Did you know that a perfect squat may not be perfect if one leg is stronger than the other?  Not to mention, the long-term challenges that this could trigger. This class will teach you about many of the fine details that comprise a movement.  We will look at unconscious compensations and put together a cheat sheet to make this even easier when you coach a client.

Not all trainers are the same, this is one way to set you apart from the masses and make you an invaluable part of a clients’ workout regime.
