This mini-course is designed to support you in real time as you step away from narcissistic abuse and reclaim your peace. Instead of long explanations or heavy theory, you are guided through a calming, embodied process that helps you regulate your nervous system, settle your mind, and strengthen your boundaries.

Through breathwork, grounding cues, gentle affirmations, meditation, and moment-by-moment mindset reframes, you’ll experience a shift during the actual session. This course is created for people who are overwhelmed, emotionally drained, confused, or highly dysregulated from toxic or narcissistic relationships — and need relief and clarity now, not someday.

You will learn how to reconnect with your inner compass, recognise your needs clearly, soften emotional triggers, and create a calm internal environment where your decisions feel grounded and confident. Whether you are going fully no-contact or choosing structured low-contact, this course helps you hold your boundaries with steadiness and compassion.
