Welcome to Awaken: Mindfulness and Meditation for a Calmer, Happier Life. This certified introductory course is designed for total beginners or people who already have some practice, to help you begin (or restart) your meditation practice in a grounded, practical, and deeply human way.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in autopilot, or simply curious about mindfulness, Awaken offers more than just a set of techniques. This is a carefully guided journey back to yourself.
