How to know if your PC is equipped with Bluetooth?

Bluetooth is a wireless technology used to exchange data over a short distance between different electronic devices.

Mobile phones have been in use for some time now (1999) and you will find it on most laptops as well. However, fixed PCs may be missing.

You want to make sure your computer supports Bluetooth technology, so follow our tutorial.

Check if your computer is equipped with Bluetooth

First, open your Device Manager.
To do this, type in the Windows search bar, Device Manager or go to the menu of your computer, in Settings and Control Panel.

If you have Windows 8, then simultaneously press the Windows and X keys.

If your PC has Bluetooth, then a section called Bluetooth Radios (or Bluetooth) will be displayed. As a rule, they are all sorted alphabetically, so you should find it at the end of the list.

If not, take a look at the Network Cards section, you may see the Bluetooth feature, which confirms that your Windows 10 has it.

If the Bluetooth option does not appear, then buy a Bluetooth USB key. Connect it to your PC, and you will be able to connect in Bluetooth with other wireless devices.
