  2. Explore: journal prompts to go deeper
  3. Meditation & Movement: yoga-based movement practice paired perfectly with a music playlist

This course can be taken at any time, though it is designed to be done in one full week— one chakra a day, you can take it at any time that you would like, spacing it out with as much time as you need.
