The main focus is on UX/UI design—including user research, problem definition, and solution development—rather than purely aesthetic design.

  2. Problem Definition – Affinity Diagraming, Defining clear problem statements and user needs, Creating user personas, Journey Mapping, Think Out Loud
  3. Creating a Solution – Wireframing, Prototyping, Design System
