About the Instructor

Dr. Rathnasiri A. Hewage is a medical doctor with postgraduate qualifications in Medical Administration (MBBS, MSc, MD) and extensive experience in healthcare leadership and system management. He has served as Director of several Teaching Hospitals and has worked across clinical practice, hospital administration, and healthcare governance.

He currently serves as Lead Consultant at MedAffairs Advisory and has been actively involved in promoting ethical, evidence-based pharmaceutical communication and professional field practice. His teaching approach integrates real-world healthcare system experience with practical guidance on ethical decision-making, professional conduct, and responsible engagement with healthcare professionals.
